Very descent hotel to enjoy your stay in London. Just 15 minutes walk to Hyde Park/Kensington Palace. On you way you will pass many nice shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet has plenty of nice food options. Rooms are clean and very sound proof. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to stay here.

Stayed here last year around Nov. Check it took a while with only one person in front of me. Correlating this to the talkative customers who wanted to tell their entire life story on why they finally are seeing London but it took 35 minutes. Gym is nice and located on the outside of hotel with great operating hours. Rooms are roomy, clean, and refreshed daily.

First the good. Hotel is in an excellent location close to two Underground Stations. We used Earl's Court most of the time. Easy 5 min walk. Very safe, even late at night. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and tried hard. A couple room issues that were the "bad" . First room we were in the AC did not work. With the heat and higher temps, this was very uncomfortable. Frazier worked hard to move us to a new room and that was much nicer. Some issues getting our room serviced. Bash worked hard to help us with that. Once we ironed it out, all was good. Overall, we would stay here again.

A friend and I stayed at this Marriott property and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located and about a 7-10 minute to both the Gloucester tube station and the Earl’s Court tube station – a great location that manages to be close to everything, but not in a main tourist area. A note for those who like a well air-conditioned room… this hotel definitely has great AC! We had been traveling around Europe for about two weeks and this was by far the best AC in all of the hotels we stayed at – it was delicious to come back to the room at the end of the day and be in a cool space! We expected small rooms, so we reserved a junior suite, which has a little more square footage than an average room with (2) Queen beds… I’ve seen other people post on the room sizes, but this is Europe, so it’s expected! If you want a more comfortable space, be prepared to upgrade a little. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were spotless. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

3 nights here with my family. Very good breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable rooms however rooms are quite small. The location is ideal very close to tube stations and grocery stores. Hotel staff were very helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
