Room space is pretty tiny. The experience with front desk was not great when we checked in. There is no smile and only cold answers during our whole conversation. but the manager Ricardo is great at hearing about my concerns and make it right for us. They have gym (pretty small) and rooftop bar. The food at lobby bar is great value by the way.

This was my first stay in this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Check in and check out was seamless and the front desk staff was amazing and attentive! The room view of the city and river were awesome. The bathroom was well kept.The location was on point which was in walking distance to various restaurants and eatery's. Didn't get a chance to check out the rooftop bar because of the capacity, but I hear it could be worth the wait if you have the time.. I'd most definitely stay again!

What a beautiful hotel near everything (literally)—the rooms and cleanliness of the hotel are exceptional. The staff is also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience truly enjoyable. There are restaurants within the hotel that offer a variety of delicious dining options. The rooftop was closing as we made our way up, but the staff still let us see the beautiful view, and I can tell that it is in fact a nice area with drinks, etc. All the staff was friendly and accommodating; Sham offered us a great deal and ensured that we had a city view. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was fantastic. Marissa, is who booked the hotel room.

Excellent all around! The hotel is clean and well kept, the views are fantastic and the location is perfect, walking distance to so many attractions and shopping, plus the river right across the road. The elevator system is a tad bit confusing to start but once you figure it out, it actually makes sense, and works very well for such a busy building. 3 restaurants attached to the hotel make going out for dinner without all your winter attire so much easier. Loved the experience!

Very nice hotel, great location and maintained well. Valet parking was easy. Only issue was we decided to do room service for breakfast. Blueberry pancakes were beautiful but burnt on the bottom and tasted like they didn’t clean the grill. Sadly a disappointment. Additionally a can of diet Coke 12 oz was $10 for one. My husband got a sprite can so $20 just for that alone. Highway robbery!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
