I had a wonderful stay at Long Beach Lodge in Chaweng, Koh Samui. The bungalows were clean, well-equipped, and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The location was great as it was within walking distance to the center of Samui and the beach was really nice with plenty of beds to relax on. The breakfast was simple but good enough to start the day. The only downside was that the restaurant was closed between 8 pm and 8 am, but there are plenty of other options nearby. The wifi was good and reliable throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Long Beach Lodge for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location on Koh Samui.

I live in Choengmon. My twin 19 year olds and my mother and my mother‘s friend and my restaurant and our houses were all without power for the full day for scheduled electrical maintenance in our area. I drove down to my favorite part of Chaweng Beach, and found this little resort. Since my mother is a little older and not as heat tolerant and my daughter was not feeling too well. I did not want them to be exposed to the heat all day. I also wanted them to be able to lay down in an air-conditioned room with their own bathroom as needed. I asked if I could rent a room for one night and we could use the beach facilities and the room until the power comes back on. They went out of their way to help us. They set up chairs in the shade. They went above and beyond to take care of us and it was such a great price. It was cheaper than going to the next resort and just renting beach chairs for the day for the five of us! I will absolutely come back here again because they deserve our business

OK stay. From bad points: - Poor breakfast choices - TV from the previous century, old furniture, I hit my toes against the step going to bed several times - It has beach front however, waves are too high to swim comfortably, not hotel's fault but worth mentioning. Good points: - Was better priced than other on new year season - Good location, surrounded by many restaurants and has direct access to the main road - Friendly staff

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
