I can highly recommend this lovely apartment in the heart of Porto. The location is perfect. So central. Everything is within walking distance. The room itself was lovely. Perfect size. Nice layout. Comfortable bed, powerful shower, lots of bathroom amenities and a fantastic Nespresso machine for that first warm coffee first thing. Tiago the host was very helpful. Great advice on where to go and explore. Also lots of communication before arrival etc. made the whole checking in process very smooth. Overall a 5 out of 5 from us. Thank you.

I would highly recommend booking here if you are visiting Porto. The property is in a central location, 5-10minute walk from the main bar and restaurant streets so it makes it easy to get to wherever you want to socialise. It is also a couple of minutes away from the main station which also is a benefit if you are travelling to areas outside Porto. The apartment itself was magnificent and exactly as advertised. Very clean and looked after well. Also very comfortable as it comes with its own AC which you can temperature control to your liking. The included breakfast is also quite substantial and arrived outside your door every morning, containing a list of things including bread, pastries, fruit, yogurts and many more things. Our host Tiago was also fantastic, being very communicative and proactive about the check in process. Welcoming us to the property, and giving us a map where he outlined some of the best spots around the city to visit, all his tips were very much appreciated. Overall this property exceeded expectations and I would gladly stay here again when visiting Porto. Thank you for having us.

This place was a perfect spot for a visit to Porto. Clean apartment, comfortable bed, awesome location, great hosts, completely stocked apartment, laundry included and a steal of a deal. I'm not sure what else you could ask for as a base for your stay in this beautiful city. I truly hope to return here some day, it really is an amazing value and a great property. We stayed in the "red" room, which was the loft. Highly recommended.

Totally surprised by this place. Very well thought and designed to serve all your needs. Location is also very good and the host was super helpful. He gave us wonderful tips for places to visit. When in Porto I’m definitely going back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
