bugs bugs bugs, smoking, and uncommunicative staff. the night I came, I fell asleep and woke up to the sound of many small things thumping against the wall. turns out, it was giant FLYING ants. didn’t even know ants could fly! I smushed them and kept a towel stuffed/tucked under the door to prevent bugs from coming in. I also saw a large water bug come in too! despite the place being non-smoking, people were still smoking and the smell would seep into my room. I told the person in charge virtually (twice) and never received a response. You literally cannot enforce no smoking if you’re not there! so beware about that! the drains smelled like sewer and the flooring is lifted—terrible craftsmanship and certainly cheap. you can see the concrete slab! the walls are stained—room needs a stain-resistant wall paint job! sometimes when I would walk out into the hallway, the building would smell like sewage. Only pro was the location. Close to a bakery shop and walking distance from the subway

Worst hotel experience. I paid for private bathroom but get shared with many other guests. Get one towel and pillow for me and my wife. Everything about this "hotel" is hilarious and sad at the same time. Dont you ever dare to book this STUDENT HOSTEL without reception, toilet paper, privacy, calm night,...

one of the worst hotel/hostels i’ve ever stayed at. We were promised to have bathroom with one other room, but we had to share bathroom with the whole floor instead. Bathrooms are too small, there is no place to put your toiletries. The room walls are paper thin - you can hear everything.

The mattress was old and not comfortable, the pillows were so so hard, not good. Wouldnt recommend at all , at least dont choose room number 4#, private with shared bathroom. Not going back again for sure

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
