Unfortunately this hotel is positioned right in front of the new overheard MRT system. Access is not easy due to scaffolding etc and it's a very busy road. Hotel rooms are adequate for the level it is. Staff helpful Breakfast is served but its not my style Toaster broke down and was not replaced. I am sure it least at least 15 years old. For what you pay and for its location its ok

Its very central into Blok M Square. Rooms are ok but a bit tired. Now a non smoking hotel which is good. Staff are attentive. Its good value for money in that location. Dining room could be a bit smarter. Its rates 2 to 3 stars in my book

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
