I chose the hotel due to its proximity to the major attractions. I do not regret it! All the staffs were amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. They always have a smile on their face. As for the room, it was a bit small but for 1 person it was ok. Housekeeping was coming in daily. I also had afternoon tea at the restaurant and it was very delicious.

Luxurious hotel, appreciated the commitment to the rose gold / brass and blown glass themes throughout. Room was relatively small but well appointed, bar was nice, breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were very friendly. It was my wife’s birthday and they added chocolates and a card to the room which was a nice touch to make the weekend. Great location central to the city and near St Paul’s. A great experience.

Part of Hilton’s Curio Collection, Lost Property is unsurprisingly beautiful designed, a mix of old and new, with a lot of amenities and quirky details. The hotel is decorated with Murano glass pieces throughout the building - the eagle chandelier in the Found restaurant is particularly striking. The rooms are very comfortable and airy. The shower and bathroom are great. It’s a quiet area so you can get a good night’s sleep. Closet space is a little limited which might be tricky for couples or people on a long trip. The hotel is situated very close to St Paul’s Cathedral, and a 15 minute walk from the Tate Modern and Thames. It has great transport and food options nearby. The Lost Property staff are all wonderful. The front desk team were very kind and knowledgeable. The housekeeping and restaurant teams were also helpful and attentive. There is wide selection of excellent food options available at the breakfast buffet. Coffee and eggs are prepared to order - I recommend their french press coffee and omelettes.
