The hotel exterior and interior decoration is very pretty. Very spacious and clean room, the toilet is also surprisingly spacious. Room service is great, everything is tidied and arranged back when we return from our events, even our clothes and belongings. Other assistance from the front desk is also smooth. The bar outside may have a little noise heard in the room but it's fine since it stops in sleeping hours.

It’s a quaint and attractive Bali themed little boutique hotel located at Pantai Tengah. You can see from the pictures that the owner put in a lot of effort to decorate the whole place. I really like the location where it’s quiet but not too far away from Pantai Cenang. There are restaurants nearby and the beach is at a walkable distance. Rooms are spacious with all the necessary amenities. My favourite would be the rain shower. The owner is very friendly. Prices are very reasonable and you get to support the local business. The only con would be the bathroom does not come with glass door/ shower screen for separation. Water will splash to the dry area but it’s not a big deal. They do serve simple breakfast for a small charge.

Standard king room no window and right next to public place which is the cafe. Towel looks old and dirty. The pool was good but quite off the maintenance. This hotel has that Bali concept and all the staff are quite friendly also helpful.

I've stayed here for 4 nights, I love this hotel. it's not so crowded and peaceful, the best thing for me is I get everything here after roaming around the island i come back here and have few drinks and love the Live music we enjoy the live music and having drinks. Everyone is very friendly and always there to help you if you needed, special thanks to Jim for making our nights enjoyable because of the live music. We will come back and highly recommend.

Thieves work here. I left my $50 as a deposit. I had all the money of a new sample, I bought only new bills for the trip. They returned me the old bill, which is now not taken in any money exchang. Be careful, tourists. This attitude towards customers is a very bad sign.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
