I stayed for 5 nights at the end of last year, and the room condition was good and the staff were friendly, so I had a comfortable vacation. The overall atmosphere was warm, luxurious, and satisfying. One thing that was disappointing was that I stayed for 5 nights and there was no consideration for late check-out on the last day. My brother and his wife, who were traveling together, stayed at a hotel near City Hall, and there was a late check-out there. -They gave me a day out, so I rested there and came back on time for my flight, but it was disappointing.

Hotel better than expectations! It might be an old building , but I felt that the rooms and facilities are well maintain. Breakfast has a wide spread and room is spacious. Stay there for 3 nights, have free beer/wine if you stay more >2 nights. Big pool and have sauna. Overall good experiences.Walkable to many attraction places. Just something to take note, the hotel room itself have international plug. However due to the location of the international plug, you are unable to fit into the plug itself , which défit the purposes of the plug actually

I only came here to meet some friends for drinks and was extremely pleased with the service We had the lobby manager name Nic helped us with drinks and food recommendations which was fantastic. He even assisted us further by telling us more about the hotel and the restaurant available, what is good to order, when is the best time to come in which I rea3 appreciated. Definitely a 5 star on service thanks for the experience I had with Nic.

Fantastic hotel stay; first class experience from the hotel and all staff involved. Staff were friendly, welcoming and willing to go above and beyond! We were upgraded to a room on a higher floor which gave us a beautiful view looking over the river. The room was modern, spacious and luxurious and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was huge; super king and incredibly comfy; ideal for a good nights sleep. The hotel had multiple shops and restaurants attached as well as a bar. The gym was modern and airconditioned, ideal for a workout when trying to dodge the heat! Overall sad to leave and would highly recommend this hotel to others!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
