Having first experienced the hotel's charm in 2005, I was pleased to find that it has not only maintained its high standards but has also embraced a timeless elegance that has evolved with the years. The staff at Lotte Hotel Seoul continue to set the standard for professionalism and hospitality. From the moment I entered the lobby to the time I checked out, the service was exemplary. The staff members were not only attentive but also displayed a genuine commitment to ensuring a memorable stay. Their knowledge and willingness to assist with any request further elevated the overall experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional dining experience. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, featuring a diverse array of delectable options to suit every palate. The room service menu was equally impressive, offering a selection of gourmet dishes that surpassed my expectations. The seamless execution of the dining service added an extra layer of luxury to my stay. Excellent hotel. Great location. Room is so nice with great view. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. It also has afternoon tea and happy hour but we did not always eat here as you would want to try local food.

Loved our stay here. This is a big, bustling hotel, but the service is high end. Particularly enjoyed “The Drawing Room” for quiet early evening cocktails, had breakfast there one morning too, it was our haven away from the crowds. Beautiful room in the executive tower with attention to detail.

Great experience in a modern-style executive room. We enjoyed our time during Xmas with our family. Lovely location, great staff and great food. Great access to department stores in the basement was an advantage during snowy Xmas days.

Firstly, when I came into the hotel, the staff were so nice and they greeted us politely. Also, thr view from the room was spectacular. I booked a room for a large sized bed with an extra bed. The positioning was perfect. Excellent!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
