        The hotel is very close to the beach and 7eleven. The hotel stuff do daily room service, makes everything spotless. The management did their best to make us feel home. I also rented motorbike from the hotel with a good price. I would stay again

        We stayed here for 3 nights. We must admit that, in the 4 months we've been traveling, it's among the worst overnight stays we've had. The staff is super sweet, welcoming, and helpful. The manager, whom several reviews describe as arrogant, was also nice and accommodating – though I can see where those impressions come from, he has a certain demeanor. Let me emphasize that it wasn't our experience. We initially got a room on the 1st floor that smelled like a public toilet, and after an hour, we couldn't bear it. We approached the manager and asked for another room, which was possible, and we moved. However, Room #2 wasn't any better. We did what we could to make it bearable and looked forward to checking out. The issue with the room was that the toilet area STANK. When it wasn't masked by the overpowering smell of the toilet blocks they used as air fresheners, it stank from the drain. We tried to seal everything to avoid the odor, used beach facilities for bathing, and only used the bathroom when absolutely necessary (at night). The manager mentioned it's normal for Koh Samui to smell like that during this season due to rain. However, we stayed at 3 other places on Koh Samui before this visit without that smell, so we don't believe that's the case. The drainage issue is unfortunate for the place as it could be an okay spot for a few quick overnight stays. We hope they address the problem and find success in the future. However, their challenges are so significant that, in our opinion, they can't get more than 1 star. We're curious to see if our review will also be dismissed as a competitor's scam, as many other negative reviews for the place have been.

        The location is what it is as the map shows, so you will have to walk a few minutes to the main area at night probably. The hostel was amazing, staff very kind and friendly. The only thing we didn’t like it’s the manager or receptionist (probably the owner) who didn’t seem nice at all with his staff. Apart from that, and the bathroom which gets full of water after a shower, it is worth it

        Had a lovely stay here, beds are super comfy, good AC and super close to the beach and tonnes of restaurants, having 7/11 directly across the street is very handy. The rooms could however do with a few extra sockets in the wall and definitely a couple of nice lamps for evening. Perfect for a couple of nights

        Stayed here for a night, huge cockroaches in the rooms and super loud neighbours. Whole place smelled like weed which I don’t really mind, but have some more decency. Staff was rude and threatening when I left a bad review, saying it was illegal as they don’t have free speech in Thailand. Big yikes

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
