        I recently had the displeasure of staying at Grand Lotus Al rigga and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment due to the numerous issues I encountered with their service. Here is an honest review of my experience: 1. Poor Staff Attitude: The first problem I noticed was the dismissive and unhelpful attitude of the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, there was a general lack of professionalism and a refusal to address my concerns. Every interaction left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a guest. 2. Slow Response Time: Another major issue was the hotel's slow response time when it came to addressing problems. Whether it was a malfunctioning air conditioner, iron or a request for extra towels, it seemed like my concerns were always pushed to the bottom of their priority list. It created a sense of frustration and inconvenience throughout my entire stay. 3. Inconsistency in Amenities: The amenities advertised by the hotel were not consistent with what was actually provided. The Wi-Fi, which was supposed to be complimentary, was frequently unreliable and slow. 4. Poor Resolution of Complaints: When I raised my concerns with the management, their attempts to resolve the issues were inadequate. Instead of addressing each problem individually, they offered generic apologies without any concrete solutions or efforts to make amends. It seemed as though my complaints fell on deaf ears. In conclusion, my experience at Lotus Grand was highly disappointing. The lack of professionalism, slow response time, subpar housekeeping, inconsistent amenities, and poor resolution of complaints made for an unacceptable stay. I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests.

        total disappointment Hello, I would now like to tell you how dissatisfied I was with my stay with you. 1) We booked the hotel not only because of the good location, but also because there was a parking space and a pool. -unfortunately, there are no parking spaces available upon arrival!- we would have to drive around the stand for an hour to find a parking space. At 9 p.m. something finally became available downstairs - unfortunately only a parking space with the note "park at your own risk" -2) There would be no towels upon arrival. When I called the front desk they only brought 1 towel for 1 person. that I called again. After 1 hour a second towel was brought to the room. after 1 hour !! and only 1 piece!! There should be 5 towels in total, 2 x large + 2 x small + towel for the floor. -3) Nowhere on the website did it say that there was a discotheque downstairs. Because of the noise we couldn't sleep until 3, and at 8 a craftsman started drilling holes in the wall, outrageous!” -4) There was nowhere to find on the website when the swimming pool opens. At the reception it was said from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. I'm sorry, but that's not possible!! When should we use the poll? an off day between 9 and 11?? What did I pay the money for to use the pool!! But the worst comes at the end, the poll was closed on the day of departure and we were invited to a poll in another hotel!! How does something like this even happen!! I ask for an explanation!!

        Good place, good rooms very close to both union and Rigga metro stations. Easy accessibility, they have 4 pubs which runs till 4am, be cautious to ask them for a quiet room if you need, breakfast is okay types. friendly staff.

        One of the worst service i experienced in the recent past. We were three and due to wrong information/ confirmation from Agoda, to accommodate 3rd person had to upgrade and add extra bed. Basic amenity in the room is towels. Only one towel was there. It took more than one hour to provide 2nd towel and further 30 minutes for third. This has jeopardized our programs. Further the 3rd extra bed took more than 1 hour to place. The staff at reception looks helpless and feel it the management treating the guests like that. There are 2 dance bars and one another bar which is very much annoying the night sleep. I wish yesterday’s is my last stay in their hotel.

        Very bad experience from the moment when we went in. The room didn't have wifi access as the router was not working properly. The IT guy took 40minutes and still couldn't figure it out. After wasting nearly an hour, the issue couldn't get sorted. We stayed there without wifi during our stay. The pool is completely closed and make sure to check with the reception before booking whether the pool is accessible. The room is just like a normal apartment room. I am wondering how this hotel got a 4star rating.
