Lotusama Hotel is located at the perfect place amidst Old Quarters of Hanoi. The staff is super friendly and went over the top with making sure we had a comfortable stay. The room was equipped with everything needed. The staff always enquired about our comfort and our day and made sure we felt perfectly at home. They also had great recommendations for anything ranging from tourist attractions to shopping.

The Lotusama is a boutique hotel located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Clean comfortable rooms with good water pressure and wifi. Great location to numerous shops and restaurants. Apart from pho on the streets from any number of vendors, the restaurants nearby that impressed me most were Countryside and Maison 1929, both within a short walk. The breakfast buffet at Lotusama is very good. Staff are helpful and very polite. It is not 5 star but when it is clean, comfortable, good breakfast and polite staff, what else do you need?

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Hanoi We would rate this hotel a 5 star according to Australian standards at a great price. Room was clean, bed comfortable, all facilities one requires, breakfast food was of high standard. Reception staff were a pleasure to deal with and the hotel manager Thuc was wonderful, providing local information about the area and advice. He even offered us showers as we had a late checkout. Thanks for a wonderful experience of your amazing vibrant city! ❤️

We stayed in Lotusama for 3 nights and had such a great time! All of the staff were extremely accommodating and warm. Every time that we had a question, they were able to answer. They were also very knowledgable about the area and had lots of pieces of advice to give! They had great English as well so the communication was easy. Breakfast at the hotel was also very good. Make sure to get their iced Vietnamese coffee that comes with the breakfast! The rooms were always clean.The location of the hotel is also great. We were in walking distance to a lot of notable restaurants. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Hotel lotusama welcomed me earlier than check in time and made my first day ever in Vietnam very special. Thank you guys! I would recommend to stay here to everyone! Lovely staff and very good service. Even if it was just only one night, I felt at home and gratefully pampered. I can’t wait to stay here again in few days when I get back from Sapa :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
