We had a lovely stay here. Staff were great & accommodating. Views are incredible & our room was very spacious and clean/tidy (deluxe suite). If you are unfit or have bad knees be mindful there are many stairs which wasn’t an issue for us as we are active people. There is a bar above the rooms so I’d recommend bringing a pair of ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was very filling every morning with a variety of food offered from the hotel. We are on our honeymoon, our room was set up with beautiful fresh rose petals which made us feel very special. Thank you Loucas on the cliff for the warm welcoming & stay :) Steph & Dave- visiting from Australia

Awful experience. I don't recommend it. I wish I had read the rest of the reviews before booking my room. We got our keys 1.5 hours after the official check-in. We immediately informed the receptionist that our A/C wasn't working. At 7.30 pm, a "technician" came over, and after pressing the buttons on the remote, he said he had fixed it. The error on the A/C panel was still there, but he said it was ok. Our room was an absolute sauna by that time. Once the sun was down, we decided to open the windows and the room's door for some extra air. When I asked the receptionist to give us another room, she said there weren't any available. I mentioned that the "technician" didn't fix the A/C, and she said that "if you don't like it, you can leave." We were only planning to stay in Santorini for only one night. We did try to find another hotel, but everything was sold out. As we didn't have any other option, we decided to stay and sleep with the windows open for some fresh air. Little did we know that the breakfast room (directly above our room) was turning into a club. The music was too loud to sleep. The matress was also horrible. Too old. You could hear the springs every time you moved. The bedsheets had lipstick, mascara, and eyeliner stains. They didn't even bother to repurpose those sheets into cleaning rugs and have clean ones for the guests! The hotel is in great location, so the owners don't care to upgrade their rooms or their service. I don't recommend this place to people who value their money, hygiene, and dignity!

Amazing location and a hotel with a lot of potential, however our room was not very clean, the front desk person is a bit rude and aloof and the bed is as hard as a rock. The pillows were so hard that they gabe me neck problem. Also, there’s loud music coming from the hotel right above us and it kept us up all night. We should have left the hotel but had too much luggage to carry up the stairs. I would not recommend this hotel to my worse enemy!

There are many hotels with this view so book those ones. We spent a lot of money on a family suite and had to carry our luggae to our room. We checked in at 5pm instead of 2pm so couldnt make our night plans. The bathroom door got jammed abd they blamed it on us. The pool towels werr not offered to us so we had to hunt them down only to get to a dirty pool and find the cleaning net to collect the dirt etc for our kids to swim. The drinks are a total rip off and there is no pool service for drinks AND no food available to order during day or night. The staff are not considerate or friendly and dont really go out of their way to deliver good service.

I arrived at 17:00 and room was not ready till 18:00 which made miss my appointment. Not even a complimentary drink for my troubles was offered or a apology. I went to breakfast at 10:45. It was over at 10:30 was charged 12€ for two coffees I asked to speak to owner or GM. No one approached me.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
