Superb location. Unfortunately hotel does not provide basic toiletries such as toothbrush, toothbrush. Was extremely shocked and appalled that they charge me $9 per bottle of water in the room when I requested for it. They didn’t inform us of any charges nor did I sign any invoice. They just put in the tab quietly and made us pay upon checkout. I gave tips each time a staff member brought it up, and imagine my horror when I found out upon checkout that I was euro36 for 4 bottles of water!

Very nice and cosy hotel right in the center of Munich. The room was well decorated and modern with a very nice layout. Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices for what it offers, very nice breakfast. Will be coming back for sure! Thank you!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The manager was super helpful with helping us with parking our rental car and helped us to bring our luggage back from the parking garage. The rooms were spacious (by European standards) well appointed and had very nice, updated bathrooms. It is located in the middle of everything in the historic part of town and literally has an exit door opening to Marienplatz. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future on our next trip to Munich.

The location of the hotel is right in the heart of the city, at beautiful Viktualienmarkt. They park your car for you in a public garage. The room has a lot of character and is beautifully styled, loved the La Biosthétique bath products and the fruit. The breakfast is excellent and there is so much to choose from. There is fresh pressed orange juice, you can order Weißwürste, there is salmon, lots of fruit… First time here and definitely will come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
