First time visit. For one reason we need to stay in this hotel. First night we checked in it’s terrible! The front desk/ receptionist think that my husband (foreigner) he bring a “companion” and asking if “the companion” will stay with my husband! which is i’m the wife!. Second- i ordered food from food panda and one of the security bring our food in our room (which is nice) but then i have to go downstairs to pay the grab driver. One of the security was too rude! Unprofessional! He was asking me if my husband is my boyfriend! And yet he was looking at my breast! While i was in the lift going down to the lobby. Third- last day before we check out, 6am I called the front desk to order my breakfast and i called them 3 times to follow up my order and they served my breakfast at 8:30 am! I hope the management will read this! This is the worst hotel that we stayed here in the Philippines/ Manila! Be more aware or responsible from your Staffs is definitely professional and well trained before they get hired!

The hotel is a bit old but somehow has maintained their classic and vintage style. The room where we stayed is clean. Bed is comfortable and they have complete toiletries and coffee kit. Bathtub as well as hot and cold shower is available. Staff and very helpful and kind. Overall, we had a great stay!

i have stayed in that hotel a couple of times 2018 and 2019 and never had issues or bad experiences. It may be old but it's okay with me. The staff were very accommodating and friendly . They take care of my needs and so i take care of them too. If they give me the same rate and room i had last time i will be back next year. LOL

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
