We had decided to end out holiday in turkey at this hotel for a few days. The view from the rooms is incredible. Unfortunately we did not receive the room that we booked. We generally had a lot of trouble with staff, they were extremely impolite. We hope this will be improved in the future as the place is beautiful. Food was not fresh either. Service very Slow.

Located in amazing place with a natural seaview. Room was so big with a private pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast and dinner plates are delicious especially world cuisine options for dinner. It was a great experience to been there. Hope to be back Lov Faralya next seasons. Can

Paradise! The location and facility is beautiful. The staff even more beautiful! Always approachable, caring and easy to contact if you need them. A real peaceful sanctuary to take a break away from the busy world. The food was a good mix, nutritional and tasty. Our jacuzzi room was very cute and comfortable. I'm sad to leave and would definitely recommend to others!

Have been with my boyfriend for 6 days at this charming place. The location is great 🤩 it’s a perfect hotel for people who would love to be without the city noise but still prefer to have a comfort. Highly recommended for the romantic holiday or for just relaxing weekend. I really did love staff there, everyone is absolutely friendly. Many thanks to Ismail (cocktails was always amazing) for care and great communication 🤗

The place was beautiful but the service was unacceptable ! I had a very bad experience in this hotel. Please do yourself a favour and book elsewhere. We were very disappointed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
