        We ordered the rattan oval dining set at a show in Birmingham. We were made aware of the delay to in delivering, so everything was explained and we knew what to expect. When the set arrived, it was perfect and we were really pleased. There was one cushion that had a slight issue but Jason replaced it without question. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company or use them again. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

        The garden furniture was delivered earlier than expected. The table assembly was straight forward and took about 20 minutes. Very good quality Rattan furniture and several friends have commented on it. Over all I am very happy with the purchase

        VERY POOR QUALITY. Garden furniture starts to disintegrate after a year, which is very poor considering the price. No response from the company regarding this issue.

        No one is ever picking up when you call and the website is down. I am worried I won't receive my order. Update, they did come back to me via Facebook messenger, all all now 5*

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
