So so so happy with my experience with Serena! She was so lovely, quick and efficient. When I liked a certain style, she would pull similar dresses so I had multiple options. She also let me try on dresses that weren’t my style just for fun! She made me feel so comfortable and I ended up finding my wedding dress :) thanks again!

Lovely bride was the most BEAUTIFUL experience from start to finish, we had the Joy of having Serena help me out! She had called me a few days before and listened so carefully to me and when I arrived there was so much ease. We were downstairs in the very private, beautiful (and not to mention large) studio space! Serena was intuitive and skilled in the way she supported and provided all the right dresses as per my initial thoughts and made me feel so comfortable. I’m so impressed! The space is stunning and the people so joy-filled! Thank you Lovely Bride!!!

I had an amazing experience at Lovely Bride and also found my dress! Serena was the one who helped me and she was so lovely and patient and really took the time to understand what I wanted or didn’t want. My mom had quite a few opinions and Serena did such a good job of managing these too. I really had an incredible experience and would recommend Lovely Bride and Serena to everyone! If you are ever unsure of where to go for your wedding dress shopping. You have to go to lovely bride London. Serena was just amazing, so bubbly, welcoming, knowledgable, and fitted in with my little group perfectly! She picked out my dream dress (which wasn’t anything like what I had picked out from the website) before I had even tried anything on. She’s that good! I wish I could go back and relive the whole experience there. It was second to none and I couldn’t have bought a dress from a more lovely group of ladies! Thank you soooo much!!

Jade was so amazing! It was such a relaxing and positive experience, she was so intuitive and put me at ease; there to help whenever we needed but also allowed us lots of space. Our Prosecco was always topped up 🥰 the shop itself is a gorgeous setting and the dresses are stunning and of high quality. Can’t wait to go back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
