A beautiful location very close to the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Everything worked perfectly in the room. Breakfast was delicious. The bed was super comfortable and the internet works well. The pool looked very clean but it was too rainy for us to use. Awesome waterfall behind the room! We would return again if we visited the area again.

Excellent rooms and pool is ideal for relaxing. Not far from one of the beaches and a short scooter ride from ae nang. The staff were very helpful and the maintenance team were very hard working cleaning, gardening and generally keeping the complex looking good. We rented a scooter for a good price however we were charged extra because we brought it back after 4:30. We may have been told this before hand and just not remembered. The complex is also close to 2 ethical elephant sanctuaries. We stopped in and fed 3 elephants on our ride home. The restaurant is good and has a good selection of alcohol as well and the waterfall is also a nice feature. The only down side was the shower was hot intermittently. Would definitely recommend

Amazing place, like a luxury island in the middle of nowhere. Once you turn off the main road (just like all other Thailand roads), you are greeted with share luxury and bliss! We loved everything about it: chalets look like new, very clean and modern Service is to notch and staff seem always happy to help you Breakfast is nice (check the photos) Pool is nicer Scenery is even nicer The place is a bit far from Ao nang so you won't walk there, but one of the tours we did, the tour operator picked us up so not a problem at all. So yes, lovely place, lovely people, would definitely recommend.

I would not recommend this place if you want to do some tours to the islands or be closer to restaurants and other things to do. This is located about 30 minutes from Krabi and it's not close to any major sights. Many tour companies may also not offer free pickup here since it's out of the way. However, if you just want to sit by the pool all day and unwind, this is a good place to stay for the price. The pool is nice, the food at the on-site restaurant is decent, and the room is almost new and very clean. There were a few stray mosquitoes in the room. The air conditioning is good. The bed is comfortable. I rented a chalet that came with a small kitchenette that was inside the room. I think if you rent a larger one, the kitchenette is in a separate space and you have to walk outside. The downside is that the shower water was not hot, only lukewarm. Also, there is an outdoor bathtub at every chalet, but it's on the front porch, right next to the walking path, and the foliage does not provide enough coverage. So your neighbors can see you clearly and anyone walking by can see you. If you want to use the bathtub as a hot tub and get in wearing a bathing suit, it may be okay. But the hotel should really install curtains or put something around the bathtub to create some privacy. The check-in was good and the staff were friendly. You can arrange transportation to/from the airport for 800 baht (cheaper than what Grab would've cost).

Nice place, well run. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is in the middle of nowhere at an intersection. The beach touted as being 650m away is unremarkable (to be polite), certainly not somewhere you'd sunbathe or spend the day. The chalets are new and clean, however beware that the kettle, tea/coffee making involves leaving your chalet and walking outside to the downstairs bit. Not really acceptable at all. Should be coffee making facilities in every room without exception. I don't pay money to stay in a hotel and have to leave my room in the night to make a drink. Disappointing cos I had such high hopes for this romantic break based on reviews.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
