Terrible hotel except the very nice staff that at no way are at fault just whoever owns this place. The shower has no hot water due to cheap water heater on the third floor due to water pressure even though the hotel changed the unit and I complained everyday. Also the room is so noisy due to the air con being one of the old cheap units that noise just travels through it(being right on the Main Street). Toilet takes over 5 minutes to fill. So no 2 flushes without out the smell going everywhere. with a curtain only separating the “blue rooms” washroom. Towels should all be thrown out as they are twin and tiny, I saw their towel storage, they all the same. Noise even travels under the front door. Hated this place but the staff is really nice, not their fault one bit. If they fixed these issue hotel is not actually bad. Just not caring how people feel and that they can’t sleep. Also there is a ant problem in the room.

We stayed here last Feb. 6-8, 2019 at the Blue Room and everything was excellent! The room is very spacious, it’s even better than what you see in the pictures! Our room had a private bath that had 2 shower heads and has a hot shower! It also had a bidet which was very convenient. The room also had a cable TV, a comfy bed with 4 pillows. The room also hd 2 verandas, one facing the higway and the other facing the neighborhood. It’s also quite close to a lot of convenient stores that operates 24 hours so you can easily buy things anytime. It’s just 2 minute walk to the beach and the staffs are very helpful and friendly. I really don’t mind not having a free breakfast because the room itself is so nice and the price is just right. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again!

Good location which is a 5 minutes walk away from the beach. The route there however is waterlogged but shouldn't be an issue. Toiletries were lacking so you are on your own here. Room is generally clean and spacious with a shared balcony. Shower water pressure was hopelessly weak and you need double the time to shower. Highly friendly staff. Overlooks a 24 hour mart which sells everything you need. There's a good joint for breakfast nearby called pig out bistro which takes a 5 minutes walk.

I stayed for 4days. Accessible to everything we need. Near to convenience store and 1 minute walk going to the beach. Staff are friendly. I loved the ambiance of the room. I hope you can provide a sanitary kit for your guest.

The staff was accommodating and polite. Great service. Room was clean and comfy although, showers could use maintenance. Shower head holders act like a swivel. Toiletries would be nice. Place is easy to find and convenient. They let us check-in earlier than usual. Would stay here again in the future.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
