I booked 2 rooms - both were below expectations. Upon entering one of the rooms, there were mosquitos and sewer flies swarmed in the bathroom. The shower floor was wet and leaking from somewhere, but I don't know where. There were ants on the sink. It was really disgusting in the bathroom overall. Both rooms had dead bugs on the walls. There were dust and spider webs collected throughout the room. The curtains for the windows are see-through. Sunlight shined in our eyes during the day. We didn't know who from the outside could see us at night. The doors were extremely hard to open. You have to put some real hand strength into opening the doors. Our safe box was locked and could not be opened for one of the rooms. In the other room, the safe box was open, but the door was stuck in a lock position. One of our rooms was at the end of the hallway, in a dark corner by all the cleaning supplies. Bundles of mosquitos could be seen hovering over our door whenever we came back.

We enjoyed our stay here! Very friendly staff, the best complimentary breakfast we had so far in 5 weeks traveling SEA. Huge room, aircon working fine, good value for money. Yes, it can always be cleaner but again, this is not Europe and the prices are also not European so I don't quite understand the fuss some people make. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely little hotel. Only a 5 minute walk from the Main Street but it is surrounded by some really nice restaurants. Rooms are clean and tidy and quite nice. We stayed for 8 nights and loved it. Breakfast was fantastic. The banana pancake was our favourite. The staff were fantastic, they were all so friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their faces. If I return to Luang Prabang I would definitely come back here!

Excellence hotel. Great staff. The rooms are very nice, the beds are comfortable and the shower is amazing!! They have his breakfast too. The location is great - not on top of the night market and close to everything. I'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, nice sized room in a great location. Staff is incredibly friendly and always there to help. Walls are a little thin so earplugs are handy if you have loud neighbours as we did. Definitely recommend staying here!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
