Loved my stay at the museum inn! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They spoke good English. The location is close to everything you need. They also can book tours and transportation making it super convenient. The rooms were nice and clean and had hot water! The breakfast that’s included is delicious and simple !

Great place to stay, although on the pricey side. We got here in the late evening after we found our pre-booked hotel dirty. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the only window was glass doors with wooden shutters and lock, so we could either lock the doors or have more light. The location is good, still close to the main old quarter ans attractions but quieter.

I did my homework before coming to Laos and based on many reviews I read, I decided on Museum Inn and Travel.This is a very special place which not only met my expectations as clean, comfortable and well located but one where I was made to feel at home. Steve the manager was truly exceptional. Will come back to beautiful Luang and to Museum Inn and Travel.

We had a great stay. Room was comfortable, big enough and clean. The room mates did a great job. Steve on the reception was very helpful and nice. He helped us with booking tours, pick ups snd train tickets. Breakfast was good, staff at breakfast was fast and really nice.

Rooms were fine, but what earns the hotel 5 stars is the service. The workers here went above and beyond multiple times for my family and me. We felt very well taken care of.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
