What a little gem. It is a typical Greek self catering accommodation. Lucia and her husband are fantastic hosts, informative, friendly and could not do enough to help. The rooms are basic but kept spotlessly clean, the pool is small but again kept spotlessly clean. It is in a quiet area close to the mountain positioned up a gentle hill, ten minutes walk from Perissa beach and some restaurants/bar. We had a room at the rear of the property with a small balcony, the view was spoilt by an unfinished development. The benefit of the rear was that it kept the room cooler. Lucia can advise you on trips but if booked via her you need to pay cash. A bar and snacks available, again cash only. Air conditioning was included in our package but if you want a key safe it is 10 euros per week. The usual tourist tax payable on arrival. If we ever returned to Santorini we would happily stay here again.

Residence tax on arrival, water, drinks and food expensive but convenient. Small balconies, fridge size varies across rooms. Room size varies, 16 big but with midway step, 11 smaller. Little shade poolside, not enough loungers and the place accepted nonresidential subject buying drinks at the bar stretching already tight facilities. Smoking by pool is allowed.only one key per room. Security box extra cost. Location was great, nice views and handy for town centre, pool was good, hot tubs 25euro per day extra. Room cleaning was great spotlessly clean. Wi-Fi free. Very minimal cooking gear and most beyond use. Kettles need descaling. Over all we were 😃

Family owned Villas with rooms on different levels. The owners are friendly and helpful. There is a well kept pool with the reception hall adjacent. So you can sit and have a drink and or a snack. (There is no restaurant). We had a room on the same floor as the pool and reception. In the mornings noise from that area travelled along the corridor. Also, unfortunately, the doors to the rooms all appeared to 'Bang' shut 😬 We found the room to be adequate and clean with room service every day. I did find the bed/mattress a tad hard 😬 (The bed base's are made of concrete, so as to keep you cool.) The Villas are situated about 10 mins walk from the beach and the bus stop. And about 15 mins walk to the centre of Perissa. On the whole we had a nice stay.😃

Lucia Villas, was an ideal place to stay, about 10 mins walk from the beach and restaurants etc. Just disappointed that we arrived at about 2am, and thought it would have been very nice if there could have been tea/coffee , milk and water in the room , just enough for a drink when we arrived. The rooms were very sparse, but cleaned every day plus towels changed daily. Lucia herself was very helpful and friendly, although we could not understand how when she ran out of selling bottles of water, she said that as it was coming to the end of the season she would not be purchasing anymore.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
