The best thing about staying here was the location which is basically right next to Khaosan Road - a must visit in Bangkok, especially in the evenings! However, it’s pretty far from bus and metro stations. Everything was good with the hotel, except for the lift which is very small and you can barely fit with your luggage. The AC was not working properly, too.

We stayed 2 nights here in Lucky House! Definitely the most worthy stay and really close to anywhere indeed! The room is good for 2 people, super clean and nice amenities! We love how the toilet is having hair dryer with that price! With only just 3 mins walks to Khao San road, and having Sevel across this hotel, definitely will come back and choose to stay here longer anytime! Anddd, the receptionist are so friendly and lovely! 🫶🏻☺️ thanks Lucky House! Keep up the good work!

Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff are exceptional. I unfortunately had a severe allergic reaction to something during my stay and they escorted me to hospital and even stayed with me to check I was OK. They are so kind and polite, nothing is too much bother. I am highly grateful to the staff for helping in such a kind way, though regardless of this, the room and hotel is also lovely. Great location right off Khaosan Road, lovely clean rooms with a great shower and toiletries. This is a great bonus when you’ve been travelling for months! Honestly I would recommend this hotel to anybody travelling through Thailand and whilst in Bangkok - 10/10! Thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Recommended! We stayed for one night and was exactly what we were looking for. The room had two twin beds it was an affordable price and private bathroom

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
