Definitely the best stay we've had in Vietnam, for a really reasonable price. This family run accommodation was perfect. The rooms were spatious and definitely above our standards, even though it was a good price. Numerous options for breakfast, allthough we stuck to banana pancakes, with a fresh platter of fruit, mostly from their own garden. The staff was very hospitable, they showed us around their garden, gave us a bunch of different fruits to try, and invited us to have dinner with them. Bikes were free to use and perfect to explore Hoi An (10 min ride to city/ 10 min ride to beach) , motorbikes for rent for 150k. Booked a bus through them to Ninh Binh, and got water and snacks for the ride. We felt extremely welcome and appreciated and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An!

The family was very lovely and nice with us. They brought us fruit when we were in the pool and we felt very cared for. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We recommend it 100%! very grateful!

EXTREMELY GOOD PLACE. They just opened up for the first time since COVID-19, and the place is amazing. Rooms are HUGE and very luxurious Ran by a couple whom are extremely nice, giving free snacks and drinks.

Excellent!!! Thanks a lot for the perfect stay! KIM is lovely and the property is beautiful. The location is excellent, because it's close to the old town but still peaceful and great place to relax at the pool. It feels la like in the jungle, because it's surrounded by beautiful plants🌴. The room is very nice, bathroom is modern and clean, the bed is super comfortable. The food in the restaurant is super delicious!!! 🍀 Very lucky to find this place and to stay as long as possible⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely family owners made me feel very welcome at Lucky Leaf. Nice rooms, relaxing pool, quiet location yet still convenient for the amenities. Free bicycle use or cheap scooter rental makes it easy to get to bars & restaurants, old town, beach, stores. Situated on a quiet lane so it's very quiet with no noise from traffic, construction or roosters! Inexpensive monthly rates available too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
