good hotel to stay (I stayed there from Jan 18, 2023 to Jan 22, 2023) - reasonable price - location: good to move to anywhere in Phu Quoc, takes around 15 minutes to the airport. One day, I rent a motobycle to go to some places in the South. The other day, I rent a car driver to drive me to some places in the North - human: friendly and nice

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here, and the only complaint we have is the lack of a shower stall (but that's normal for Vietnam). The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was the softest we've slept in since getting to Vietnam, and the A.C. worked like a dream. The staff was extremely friendly and spoke english, the breakfast was delicious (choices of fresh omelets, crepes, eggs, meat, and Viet options), and everyone made sure we had everything we needed. The staff even offered to call a cab for us to get back to th airport. Above and beyond expectations.

Stayed here for two nights on 30th n 31st December 2018.. Very clean and brand new hotel. Smaller rooms but very well furnished rooms including Haur Dryer,Cattle,Mini Bar and few chairs n a table. Staff is very courteous and tries to help you in every possible way. Wouldn't get such a good hotel at such a small price. Its very near to Dunset Beach which is the only happening place around here. they even help you to book the tour.

The hotel was ok, quiet noisy at some point as there where children around. Location is not the best, it is near plenty of restaurants but a 20 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast was not the best however the staff where nice even though English was limited.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
