        We got there thinking we would have a room with AC and free wifi. They started off telling us that we would be in a room on the upper floor, then move down the next day. We got to the room, it has no AC, no wifi, a shared bathroom down the hall, and it was miserably hot. They gave us a fan and told us of some story of the fight in Ukraine and that’s why there was no AC. We had the window open to try and survive the night and there is a bar just down the road. Nonstop noise from the bar and traffic all night. We decided to move hotels the next day and they then told us that the other room would have AC. Too late and we don’t trust you at all. What happened to the war? Why couldn’t we get on your wifi. We have read other reviews of this same thing happening to others. Don’t stay here. It’s the worst experience I have ever had

        This place is more like an apartment than a hotel and very unsafe. Management is unreliable. We faced theft problems and the management was not responsible and lied about the safety and filing reports. Be careful of your belongings though the hotel management suggest you to leave at the Lyft area. Never check in such a hotel. You may loose your valuables and peace of mind in the vacation.

        Probably my favorite part about my trip to Rome was this place. Very clean, quiet and private rooms. The owner is very friendly he gave us some info on the city, and the staff there is amazing the person who checked us in was always looking to help. 10/10

        Lovely spot. Quiet neighborhood with some excellent restaurants only steps away. The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff top notch. Really great all around.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
