I would simply echo all the good reviews shared before. Our apartment was super spacious, it had everything we need for a 5 day trip. The location right in the Poblenou is very good, with plenty of bars and restaurants close by and the seaside just at our doorstep. The communication with personal /service is smooth and they are very responsive to eventually fulfill your needs. I could not recommend more and we will certainly return! Thanks!

A great place to stay for a week. We paid extra for a sea view and it was well worth it. The apartment was bright and airy. With a bus stop across the road and the metro five minutes walk it made getting around very easy. Most days we walked into central Barcelona, so that's an option too. With a great brew pub on the same site and the vibrant beech life it was also a fun place to stay.

Our second stay and once again fabulous. Staff were super fast to sort any difficulties. The apartment was clean and tidy. It’s a very easy location for supermarkets and eateries, and for the beach or the metro. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return again. If you are a light sleeper the Beach apartments are probably quieter as Rambla is above a few restaurants and bars and can be quite noisy until late evening. However it’s wonderful to sit on the balcony and soak up the atmosphere.

This place was awesome. Spacious apartment that included everything we needed as a family with two small kids. The location is walking distance to the beach and 5 min walk to the metro where you can access pretty much anything in Barcelona. The staff went above and beyond for anything we asked, including when our daughter felt ill and they were most helpful. If you’re going to Barcelona, stay here!

I had an amazing experience staying in Lugaris from the first till the last minute. An apartment was very clean and beautiful, a great service, a perfect location, I saw the sea from my window. Metro station is few minutes walk. Highly recommend Lugaris for visiting and definitely will stay here on my next visit!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
