We enjoyed our stay at LUME: great location and nice rooms. The bathroom was big with a very nice shower. The bathroom connected nicely to the room via a large window (with blinds). Everything was very clean. The hotel has a club in the basement, which was very packed. We couldn't hear it from our room on the third floor. The only minus was the air conditioning: it happened twice that it started making a loud noise during the night. The noise went away after half an hour or so, but it was disturbing since it happened at night. The reception was helpful by offering us to change rooms and by providing ear plugs.

The hotel is beautiful and well located, concierge is helpful too. However I won’t recommend it because the hotel cleaning service isn’t safe, I put the Do not disturb sign up when I left my room, as my room was tidy. I came back to my room and notice my belongings went missing and yet it was not being made up. The hotel staff was in the room and has stolen my belongings. It wasn’t something very valuable (despite it’s actually meant to be a gift). I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, although I did report to the hotel manager and he tried his best to solve it for me. Fortunately I didn’t travel with anything valuable, but overall I don’t feel safe in this hotel. So I wouldn’t recommend it, since I’ve already put the “Do not disturb” sign up not sure what’s the intention of ignoring it and insist on entering the room.

Great service. Spacious suites. They even worked diligently to get us into our room early when we arrived quite early from our international flight. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in Frankfurt again.

Great location with mildly friendly staff. Buildings are beautiful, rooms are unique and part of the Marriott family. Boutique feel, great location with Marriott rewards, count me in!

Great hotel. They pay attention to detail. Very modern-day feel. Concierge service was impeccable. They make your coffee latte macciato for you and bring it to your room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
