This hotel is amazing! It's in a really nice area, feels like a business district so not too touristy but close enough to restaurants, shops, transport etc. The hotel itself is beautiful! It's only a year old and you can tell. Its spotless and smells divine! The rooms are really high tech and comfortable. But the staff are the best thing this hotel has to offer! They are a brilliant team who couldn't be more helpful, kind and friendly. I hope they are appreciated! I would recommend visiting the spa while you're there too, it's so relaxing. Thanks for a great stay! 👍

best hotel ever!! It just like a treasure which saved my travel from the bad experience in Barcelona and Madrid. Believe me, if you want to travel in Lisbon, this hotel will be the best choice. The breakfast is also perfect, recommended to try.

I absolutely LOVED Luster. The hotel is amazing, had great amenities like an indoor pool, gym and jacuzzi. Stuff was very kind and helpful . The front desk girls were super sweet and I cannot say enough about the concierge, just the best person! The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. I will definitely come back again next time I'm in Lisbon.

I didn’t believe all the remarkably great reviews that this hotel had and expected to be disappointed. But it was actually the other way around. All four of us LOVED this hotel. I was concerned that the room (single) would be small. No! It’s not! It is good size, modern, super nice, pretty bathroom, large window with nice pool view. The facilities are amazing- outer pool, jacuzzi, fabulous plants around, indoor pool, two saunas and gym. Relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was very good with many choices. It was a bit annoying that you had to ask a waiter for vegetables (they weren’t served with the rest of buffet). The location is good. It’s one minute walk from a metro station or 20 minutes walk to the city center (we mostly walked or used Uber). So it is in a relatively quiet area (so you avoid city center rush and noise), but there are many restaurants and shops around and it is close enough to city center. We booked the hotel for a girl trip to Lisbon, and will stay here again next time without thinking twice. The only thing is that the listed price is too high, but if you can get it below 200 euro per nigh (2023 prices) it is absolutely worth it!!!

The best hotel I have stayed! All of the staffs are friendly and patient. We are three people so they help us to add a sofa bed and provide lovely drinks and snakes. Living here made our trip comfortable :) highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
