It was a very nice experience... The flat is very spacious good for a family of 4 to 5.. Prices are very affordable.. Did not get chance to check their pool, gym and kids play area but it's said that it is good... Free valet parking... There is also a 24 hr supermarket beside the hotel and Safeer mall is also at a walkable distance... Highly recommended...

I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. Our room was not fully serviced when we arrived. Had to follow-up three times to get the missing towels organised. Then they didn't do a proper service of our room mid-stay. There are a lot of unfinished surfaces in the rooms, like powerpoints without covers that small children could stick their fingers into. We asked them to order a taxi to the airport and they ordered the wrong size so we had to take two taxis and they failed to order the second one for us like they said. So service and facilities overall are not good. However, the pool was fun and breakfast was very tasty.

We had a fantastic and wonderful stay at this hotel and was highly impressed with the level of service they provided it was impeccable. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. The check-in process was smooth and easy. What stood out the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. They were always ready to assist and went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. they were friendly and helpful. A well-appointed apartment felt like a home away from home. The kids loved the hotel's amenities, including the pool and kids play ground, and a fitness center that added to the overall comfort of our stay. A top-notch hotel experience, Luxe Grand is the place to be.

Big rooms, nice breakfast...BUT.... customer service was terrible, rooms filthy. No towels on checkin, and it was like pulling teeth to get some! Reception staff also next to useless in calling a taxi. This hotel is in Sharjah, not Dubai, and a long way away from tourist attractions - if you want a beer, dont stay here as Sharjah is alcohol free / religious emirates state of the UAE.
