        I recently stayed at a hotel during the last day of LIMA 2023 and had a mixed experience that left much to be desired. While the staff at the hotel were undeniably friendly and accommodating, the overall management and room conditions fell short of expectations. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff were evident. They greeted me with genuine smiles and were eager to assist with any inquiries or requests. Despite the challenges faced, their positive demeanor and willingness to help deserve recognition. However, my enthusiasm quickly waned as I discovered significant issues with the room. The air conditioning performance was particularly disappointing. Given the high temperatures outside, I anticipated a cool and comfortable environment indoors. Unfortunately, the air conditioner struggled to provide adequate cooling, leaving me uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. Despite repeated adjustments, the situation did not improve significantly. Another notable problem was the consistently low water pressure on the third floor. Taking a shower felt more like standing under a faint drizzle, which was far from satisfying. Consequently, I had to contact the staff late at night to request a room change, hoping for better conditions. To their credit, the staff promptly responded to my request and facilitated a room swap. However, the improvement in water pressure was only marginal in the new room, failing to meet reasonable expectations. It was disappointing to encounter such a fundamental issue in a hotel that promotes comfort and convenience. Adding to the inconvenience, I discovered that the air conditioning unit in the new room was leaking water. This not only created a damp and uncomfortable environment but also posed potential safety hazards. Although the staff apologized and acknowledged the problem, the issue persisted throughout my stay, further detracting from the overall experience. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel during LIMA 2023 was marked by disappointing air conditioning performance, low water pressure, and a leaking air conditioning unit. However, I must commend the staff for their exceptional friendliness and efforts to assist guests. While their positive attitude was commendable, it is crucial that the hotel's management address the maintenance issues to ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable stay for future guests.

        Great location, decent and spacious room. However, it seems like an old hotel that's being bought by a new owner. It looks a bit rundown but if they refurbish it well, it think it has lots of potential. One thing i dont quite understand is that they didn't provide towel for a budget room (which doesn't look that bad as a budget room). Thus, they will charge extra RM10 per towel if we need it. I mean, I've stayed in lots of cheap/budget hotel and even the dorm/hostel in langkawi do provides towel. I don't mind coming back here again next time and i hope they will improve for the better. And the Chinese lady at the reception was friendly :)

        First, I know it's a 2 star hotel but please treat we as customer with respect. Don't make the 2 star as an excuse for bad customer service with absent receptionist and twisted information on Agoda. Still accept booking eventhough already closed at 7pm and do not check in after that 7pm. Please update that rule on your Agoda hotel policies so that your customer will be clear on that rule. Hope the management will improve on this matter. Because the location is very good, really close to cenang beach.

        Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid this place. There is cockroach’s on the floor, bugs in a fridge that stinks and dirty towels and glasses. We didn’t get our 50 MYR. Deposit back because they claimed that we had made a small stain on one of the dirty towels they gave us. And the room is a little warn down

        Robbery!!!👎👎👎👎👎🤮🤮 Dont stay in this place, doesnt worth the price… spend 10 rm more and choose another hotel that sure its better 1,5h of checking…🤦‍♂️hotel smells bad and its super hot, rooms are shame, bed with cockroaches mosquitoes and all kinds of bugs, bed with hair and stains, no toilet paper, too much loud in other rooms, problem with doors and air conditioner Told all this problems to reception and say he cant help us, nobody do nothing🤷🏻‍♂️ Next morning theres nobody at checkout and we loose all the deposit( like others review i saw….. sure they’re can respond me too…👍) even telling at reception the checkout hours … receptionist lied to us Told all to the contact number that is a women and she start insulting, and yelling saying i have to pay more to get back my deposit …and get more robbed😂😂 i put a review on booking and she start calling my phone to menace…😂 Incredible… worst hotel ive never been, for sure

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
