This resort is amazing! It’s huge and with Sian Ka’an you get to use the amenities of all 4 hotels on resort. The beaches were amazing, we brought our snorkels with us and spent a lot of time swimming with the fish. The food was amazing, the evening entertainment was really great too! Great food, great staff (everyone was so friendly), great location! They also have a nature preserve area called EcoBahia, we really appreciated how much the hotel and staff cared about nature and the animals on resort. This was our second time here in 4 years and we would love to go back again. The major downside was the Cancun airport. It took us over 5 hours to get to our hotel after landing. Be prepared to stand in horrible lines with no water, no where to sit and with hundreds of other people. We witnessed someone pass out in line from the horrible conditions. This 100% will impact us coming back. (I left a similar review with Cancun airport google reviews as well)

This restaurant blew us out of the water. A perfect way to end a vacation. Attention to detail with their presentation was amazing. Their creative thinking with the smoked cheese starter was something I think would be something to experience at a Michelin star restaurant. The wait staff were attentive and efficient. Pedro and Jesus are at the top of their game. Amazing presentation, experience and ambiance. Definitely recommend.

The entertainment staff has been wonderful. Mariana, Alexandro and Kike have made the activities pool so inviting and enjoyable. The room is really nice and nestled in the jungle. We knew coming in that the resort was far from the beach, which was okay with us but for some it may be a deterrent. The trolleys to the other resorts and beach are enjoyable and don’t take much time at all. The food has been delicious. There is a lot of variety, including Mexican dishes, sushi, salad bar, fresh custom omelettes, etc. We are really enjoying our stay and think this would be an amazing place for you to enjoy.

The food was fantastic. The rooms are nice and they cleaning was excellent each day(I love coming back from the pool the a fresh cleaned room)! Entertainment was fun, would love a few more activities during the day. Seem liked all the one see did had a ton of participation. The service here is absolutely awesome! We couldn’t be any happier with how wonderful we were treated. Lots of tress and shade by the pool without sacrificing lots of good spots for sun!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sian Ka’an. The staff was beyond friendly. The restaurants we phenomenal!! Big shout out to Claudia in the breakfast buffet. She made the start to our day wonderful! Want to also thank Isabel for her wonderful service at the pool. She made some great suggestions for drinks. Edgar at Maiko was fantastic! His dinner suggestions were very good! The entertainment crew were energetic and fun!! They got people doing things. Made the day go by nicely. Rooms could use a little better lighting. Seemed a little dark. That wouldn’t keep us from coming back by any means. Just a suggestion. Overall we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this resort

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
