        2 reservations during our stay made by the same management in 2 different hotels, this one is really not recommended unlike Riviera Maya. An apartment for 1500 euros for 4 nights with swimming pool pump off which leaks over the balcony, a room with the bay window curtain out of order so waking up at sunrise, a first night with the air conditioning in a room stuck at 18 degrees, and water on the ground in 2 rooms when it rains so far even very far in quality compared to the price... not to mention case 8:30 p.m. the guard comes to ring the bell because with 6 people the neighbor who is president of the place cannot stand any little noise .. I really recommend their 2nd establishments which really have nothing to do in terms of quality even if the swimming pool is really less dreamy We are waiting for a gesture from the manager

        Excellent place to visit Playa del Carmen, it is a set of apartments with a pool, very comfortable and safe. One block from the bar area and a few blocks from the ferry station. On the other corner there is an excellent seafood restaurant. I will gladly return and highly recommend it.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
