No soundproof at all. They arbitrarily cancelled my reservation. The front desk works only at 10am-7pm. They asked for a tip to keep my luggage at the day I checked out. The shower room was dirty.

Great hotel, good price, the location is near to Freedom square. The room is divided into two floors: Ground floor is a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, First floor is a bedroom. All staff are friendly and helpful, specially Mrs. Maria. She is so kind and cooperative. Just the disadvantage is how to reach to hotel specially first time, It is not easy to recognize.

Here is only(as of now) true review of this “hotel” For a price of about 100$ per night(which is a lot for Tbilisi) you will get here: 1. Really zero noise cancelling, you will here your neighbours talking as they talks in your room. 2. Cheap and dangerous renovation hide behind “luxury” design. In my apartment bathroom ceiling was barely connected so I was afraid it would fall down on my head. 3. Almost not possible to get fresh air because only one window could be opened(barely). 4. Electrical wires sticks out of the wall. 5. Height of upper floor of apartment is small, so be ready to hit the ceiling with your head. 6. Rooms are located on first floor in an inner yard, so you will be enjoying noise from multiple ACs, cars and strangers. You will not find any negative review on Booking because in case of any trouble hosts cancels your stay so you are unable to leave review there.

Luxury Inn in the old part of Tbilisi is a hidden gem, literally. It is hidden in one of the back-yards of Galaktion Tabidze St. Once you have located it, it is easy to find your way, and safe, even at night. The condo-hotel offeres a few but well-eqipped flats, comprising room for up to 5 people, fully equipped kitchenette, small dining table serving four people, small bathroom with shower and basin. Everything in good order and very clean. Beds are super comfortable, towels and linen impecable. Everything recommendable. On the downside is the stairs to the bedroom section: it is steep and has high steps so if you have difficulties with stairs, it might not be a choice for you. Breakfast is taken outside in the neighbouring restaurant, but that opens only at 9:00... Finally, the staff is world-class friendly and very forthcoming. Transport can be arranged at your request.

Thank you, Luxury Inn, for not only accommodating my late check-in, but also for helping me find a driver to visit the beautiful Gergeti Church in northern Georgia. Also, the location is just a few hundred feet from the main square, with all the tourist areas a short walking distance

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
