        Zero star is not an option, so 1. Worst experience ever. It was a huge mistake booking this place & also booking from Agoda was terrible experience. It ruined our once in lifetime trip to London. All our money invested in trip and the trip itself ruined. I wish I would have read GOOGLE reviews before booking it rather than reading Agoda reviews. Trust me guys, Agoda reviews seems all paid. Google reviews are reality check of this place. Starting from first things first, ROOM NO. 6 1. Luxury is a joke here 2. Zero safety. Apartment door is 24x7 open. Anyone can come inside anytime, even at night. 3. No person available in premises for any emergency. 4. They would not take your complaints seriously & no assistance will be provided for any matter. One night at 12am building fire alam started buzzing. After several phone calls NOBODY came to switch it off. It rang whole night in the building. Almost from 12 am to 7am. Couldn’t sleep for the whole night. 5. FLOOR TILES broken, room walls leaking with water all over, kitchen wall broken, you cannot cook as water keeps falling from chimney just above gas stove, all that drip in your container while cooking. 6. Bathroom comod, toilet seat broken, mirror 24x7 leaking with water. Shower only gives extremely hot water that will burn your body. No cold water or mix water. No exhaust in washroom. Washroom gate do not lock from inside. 7. HEATER not working. Complaint on day 1. No one came to see. Complaint on day 2. No one came to see. On day 3 a woman came to see but said she do not know or understand English language since she is Portuguese, so cannot help or understand complaint. Day 4 they messaged that according to them heater is working. It was -2 degrees, snow covered on cars outside but our room did NOT have Any HEATER or HEATING System for any single day out of 4 nights 5 Days that we stayed. Resulting my husband caught COLD and EXTREME HIGH FEVER. We cancelled all our plans, money wasted, came back to our country and my husband got hospitalised. He got viral infection and throat infection. Even today after 7 days he is totally in bed rest. He still has fever. Even after requesting multiple times on phone, messages NOTHING WAS DONE TO PROVIDE A WORKING HEATER IN THE ROOM. 8. Wi-Fi NOT WORKING. For first 3 days they provided some wifi that did not connect in our room. Several complaints but they did not gave valid wifi details. On day 3 they provided a password for valid wifi. 9. Bed uncomfortable. Bed has wooden ply board as base and very thin poor quality mattress is laid on it. You will be sleeping on spring of mattress. 10. Blanket was very thin. No heater and thin blanket. Had to sleep with jeans and jackets on to save from cold. 11. They took entire booking amount in advance when you book room. Once you book they will send you a form when you reach your room door, they give you code to unlock room only when you pay £50 extra. This amount that you have to pay is NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE before you book. Please dont go with the name ‘Luxury Apartment’. Its not at all luxury. DO NOT BOOK.

        Everything fine, nice location and good for London. "Luxury" can be discussed .... Liked · Overall it was good. "Luxury" is questionable, i think for London it is OK. Disliked · Could be more "Luxury". Broken tiles, not so clean, not "luxury" for our standards

        These are NOT luxury apartments it looks like someone has done a quick job to fit in as many rooms, the blinds were covered in dead bugs the bed base was broken and they put sheet wood underneath it, the bedding was dirty and headboard was dirty there was burn marks in the windowsill I had to cancel and loose money didn't feel safe as the front door is open 24/7.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
