I do not recommend this hôtel. The rooms are not insulated and are extremely noisy, you can hear the other guests coming back and leaving their rooms so loudly. The street is also very noisy. We also had a problem with the electricity which shut down in our room one evening and was only turned back on the next day.

For the price we paid for 1 week x 4 people combined with the amazing central location ,, this was a good choice. The apartment has 2 high power air conditioning units which were a godsend whilst the temperatures have been so high. The terrace is perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. Yes there are stairs ( a lot ) from the ground level but this didn’t bother us at all we are age 50+ The communication from the owners was great from the very begging and the rooms are changed daily. You are literally in the middle of everything , shops ,restaurants , bars , mini markets Etc ,, Taxis are also easy to pick up off the Piazza. In short we would definitely stay here again.

Definitely a cool spot in a great location Heart of Trastevere The manager was very nice and super knowledgeable even if she recommended a super touristic trap as restaurant… Down side.. When we arrived no one was there as apparently we supposed to call them before .. anyway.. someone arrived 25 min later.. no so bad.. Also 3 stairs cases to get to the apartment… I have 2 kids.. so not really recommended .. Also as in the heart of Trastevere.. noise all night long till 3 am from bars and restaurants The bells from the church also ring every hours.. but I guess it’s the beauty of italy that part.. I am not sure I will get back .. price and level not so great

We were surprised at the "open door" to the street which led up to many many stairs up to the locked common room. No where did I read about the stairs which would have led me to not book this room. I injure myself carrying my suitcase up, which was unfortunate because I still wanted to walk around the area. The room itself was okay, some lamps didn't work but ultimately, there was nothing "luxury" about it. Breakfast was somewhere else, which we skipped because I had no patience to ask the rude woman on the phone where it was. The best part of the room was the shower water pressure. Someone in the building, whether a resident or another guest, was chain smoking all night which was disgusting to us.

The place is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfortable. The location is the best part of the stay as it is a 2 minute walk from one of the most popular hang out places in Rome. It sits on top of a nice bar which has great café and bakery goods. I would definitely return and recommend someone to stay here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
