A truly remarkable stay in this typical cave house of Oia. The service has been perfect, from the check in to the check out, breakfast has been amazing and the the room service excellent. Anastasia has been the best host, she really took care of us from setting us in to organizing restaurants or a cruise: always available for us, thank you Anastasia ! Highly recommended experience !

THE BEST STAY EVER!!! Everything and everything was amazing! Anastasia the host was so nice and friendly!! She made sure that we were taken care of! She arranged our dinner reservations, transports and many more things and gave us some amazing recommendations as well ! Was amazing to wake up to breakfast every morning and was lovely to see the cleaner as she was so nice and helpful! Made the rooms spotless honestly. Was always stocked with wine and grapes and water which was amazing to have after a hot day…the luggage carrier (savvas) was also amazing throughout this whole stay from maintenance to any other needs we had. Anastasia also helped us arrange a rental car for a good price which was really good. I was also really sick for a few days and honestly she was amazing, she gave me medication from the pharmacy and made me feel 1000% better which i thank her so much for!!! She also provided me a map for the island with recommended places to go to. I still have alot to say but overall this has been an outstanding cave stay with the jacuzzi!!! And if im ever back in santorini…I will be back again to this same place!!! Hope who ever books this place you will enjoy it as much as i did! Thank you so much for everything!!!

One of the best views in Oia, situated just behind the blue domes. Right in the heart of Oia, close to the Main Street. In fact, the staircase to this accommodations is one of the famous Instagrammable spots where people queue up for. Our host Anastasia was wonderful and communication was great. Taxi transfer was arranged in advance and details were provided in a timely manner. She greeted us once we arrived in Oia and another staff helped to carry our luggage down and up the many stairs. Breakfast provided was a sumptuous spread. Room was cozy and comfortable. Water tend to splash out and flood the toilet and room if you use the rainshower. Might be solved with a shower curtain but understand that it will ruin the traditional Greek cave house aesthetic. Main door to apartment was a bit low and my husband bumped his head a few times on the door frame. Won’t be an issue if you are short. Again, can’t be helped as it is the aesthetic of a traditional cave house. Overall worth the money

1st. The service was amazing. Anastasia went up and above all expectations. We were met and guided to our rooms. There was a bottle of wine and grapes waiting for us. She made dinner reservations for us as well. Breakfast was amazing! The gentleman who took our luggage was also very nice.. and patient.. Mary, who cleaned our room was also amazing. Very sweet and accommodating. The view is the best! We stayed at 4 different suites while in Santorini.. this was the best!!!!!!Thank you for making our vacation even better

We stayed here (Blue Dome Cave with Caldera View) for one night and experienced a 5-star service. The room is exactly in front of the blue domes. As we open the door, this iconic dome is in front of us. Zina was excellent. She guided us to location, met us there and guided us to the room. She brought along two assistant for taking care our luggages. She explained in details about room, hotel and local recommendations. She can help with restaurant bookings if needed. Breakfast was served in the room and we had it in a small terrace overlooking the domes and whitewashed buildings, caldera. There is an option fir vegan. The portion is generous. Sunset view may not be the best from the room. Inside the room, there is a shower no bathtub, coffee machine with enough pods and free water. AC is really helpful to beat the summer heat. While the aisle is marked as a private property but we saw few instances of public going through the aisle. It is still not at the level of disturbances though. I couldnt recommend enough this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
