I stayed 6 nights. The hotel is very clean and decent. Easy to access tourist interests using metro and train. There is 24 hour reception service, very convenient and professional. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Wide selection of bread, cheese, ham, and hot meal. But the menu did not change during my stay.

Below average outdated building in a bad part of town. Balcony is unusable as it sits above a very busy road with a lot of traffic noise and fumes so have to keep windows/doors shut at all times. Uncomfortably warm even with AC on. Takes a long time to get anywhere interesting in the city. No internal soundproofing so could hear other guests at all hours, including the a$$h0les in room 111 who decided to play Elton John and have unrealistically loud sex from midnight until 0215 while guests were trying to sleep. Best avoid it eh.

Was spending a nice time out there till a member of the staff called Paulo being very disrespectful and racist with me and my friend. The rest of the staff was amazing but sadly my experience has been ruined by Paulo. I should’ve report to the police but didn't want to involve the rest of the amazing staff members because an old and lonely man who obviously don't deserve a spot there.

We came to the hotel earlier than the time we had to check in at 2:00. The first time I asked them if they had a room available for us because we r 😫 tired. They said they just have a small room for us with fee charged . I felt bad because I booked online a room bigger ,now they can give us a small one and we have to pay a fee. After that the lady seemly understands my thinking and she say ok without fee charged but smallerl room I was really disappointed about some countries in Europe like Spain and Portugal. I think I never come back to these countries anymore. When I come to visit these countries in Europe I really love my country " the United State" . The USA is very good, nice, comfortable, and a lot opportunities or everyone. I am very proud to be American citizens.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
