Definitely not impressed. We chose this hotel for its central location, which is highly walkable and close to public transport, but that is about where the positives end. The room was quite a bit more humble than in the photos online, which was not a dealbreaker, but overall it was not a comfortable place to stay. The room fluctuated between being too cold and too hot, and you can hear absolutely everything that happens both inside and outside the building (very glad we had earplugs). Shared bathroom could use more space to put one's belongings given that you can't store anything there, and it was difficult to dry towels. Reception was pretty much unavailable after checking in -- no one ever seemed to be there, even during the 4pm-11pm hours that it was supposed to be open, and they were unresponsive to our calls and messages until after we had checked out, which is not helpful at all. A worker who I believe is in charge of cleaning was sweet, but it was difficult to communicate with her as we do not speak Portuguese and she wasn't able to put us in touch with management. I would not stay here again, especially for the (off-season!) price.

Location good. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was cold. There were not enough blankets and the pillows were sad. Reception is not available and they did not respond to my messages about being uncomfortable until after checkout when they told me that I didn’t bring my concerns to reception… but again, no one was there. I even called the hostel phone number four times. When I found someone in the kitchen, they gave me another blanket but it was difficult to express other concerns because of the language barrier. It is noisy - you can hear the street, which I expected, but also anyone closing doors or walking around. Bring earplugs. Also, the room did NOT look like the pictures. The wifi was not good and the stay was not worth what we paid.

Great service from the hostel staff helpful to our requests and very friendly. Even though the hostel is next to several bars the noise level was minimal.. at least in our room :)

Stayed in room 202 for 2 nights over the weekend. We were expecting a fair amount of noise due to the location however the room gets the sun during the day and the air conditioning was broken. Obviously these thing happen but we received no response from the staff when we reported the issue. This meant we had to sleep with the balcony door open and the noise level went from manageable to outrageous.

The place is nice, very well located, you can find a lot of nice traditional restaurants around the corner, mostly clean. The only problem is that the walls are pretty thin, and the streets are busy at night so if you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs or something.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
