It was a pleasure to stay in that lovely apartment. Unfortunately we had just one night to enjoy it. Charming design, great beds, the spacious, modern bathroom and a beautiful kitchen are the ingredients for memorable stays. Located in an ancient building you will experience the steep stairs as there is no elevator. We will definitely choose it for our next Lisbon city trip.

Have to get your keys at "RESIDENCIAL FLORESCENTE" a hotel across the street (apartment & hotel owned by same owner). I arrived at Lisbon airport and took the Metro (0.50 euro for a reloadable YELLOW CARD and 1.65 euros for a one way journey) and as long as you get to "Rossio" metro station or "Restauradores" metro station you are a short walking distance to apartment. Lovely apartment, big, GREAT SHOWER and if you are looking for a great local place to eat I recommend Casa das Bifanas which is near "Rossio" metro station.

The best choice for visiting Lisbon (our second visit to the city in 2 years). Very close to the Rossio green line stop and the Restauradores stop (blue line), it allows you to reach the main monuments and places of interest on foot such as Placa do Comercio, the stop of the famous tram 28, the Santa Justa elevator and the Carmo convent. In the evening you can reach the now famous Pink Street and the Time Out Market. We stayed in a large, bright studio apartment equipped with every comfort: from the microwave to the washing machine to the equipped kitchen. Large bathroom and excellent general cleanliness. You can leave your luggage at the nearby Hotel Residencial Florescente in front of the apartment

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
