Not in the "old town" of Lisbon. Need transportation to get to that area. Hotel feels safe. It is compact, and rooms are rather small. We were told to turn down volume on our TV because the guests in the room next to us could hear it, which was odd because it wasn't loud. Breakfast was ok with a reasonable selection of food.

I liked everything about this hotel except the bed. The mattress is hard. There were a few nights I didn't have a peaceful treat because of the mattress. They should invest in more comfortable mattresses. The customer service was good and the breakfast was awesome.

The place is neat and clean. Very close walking distance to the Main Street with all high end shops and it’s in center of safe . Safe neighborhood. “ Sonia “ at the front desk is very courteous/ cordial/ and helpful . The breakfast can have more options . Served same scrambled eggs and options were same everyday . Rooms are small else it’s nice hotel.

After getting to Lisbon and realising we booked the wrong date for another hotel we quickly had to find somewhere else to stay and found this little gem . We arrived and looked after very well , there was a slight mix up with the rooms meaning we had to change room after the first night but the receptionist went out of her way to make us comfortable. The rooms were lovely , we spent very little time in them only to sleep and wash so was perfect for us , but they were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, there was a good choice . Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place 😊

We booked a suite for 4 people, for 3 nights. They never came to make up the room. We complained, and instead of apologizing they told us that we needed to put the sign to ask for it to be cleaned (?). They only gave us two towels, when reservation was for four. The curtain of the shower did not reach the floor and so every time you showered the bathroom got wet and flooded. Breakfast was ok. Would not return nor recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
