Best apartment in Lisbon Very central location, The apartment is modern and has everything you need. Check in was very easy, the host was very helpful and meets you when you arrive and check in is done in your room. We had constant communication on whatsapp. they have a private car park as well. Apartment includes Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and also supplied seasoning/oil for cooking.bed rooms were very clean and had a large bathroom.

Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Lisbon. Underground parking garage, so you can park your rental car if you staying a couple days. Walking distance from dining, shopping and tourist attractions. Old city, lots of uphill and downhill walking. Wear comfortable shoes. Enjoy your stay here!

The location is very central (not noisy with soundproofed windows), making tourist attractions accessible at a walking distance. Ben was exceptionally helpful and made it possible for us to check in last minute, extend our stay on a short notice, store luggage, extend check out and even upgrade our stay! This is definitely some of the best service I have received and every single request was accommodated. The apartment building itself is on a main street and has elevator access which makes it easy for senior travelers. The inside of the apartment had top end finishings and every detail was well thought out (including laundry pods and essential appliances). The check-in/check-out process is seamless and digitized as well. Overall, one of my best stays and I will definitely be back when visiting Lisbon.

I am very overdue on this review. My family and I visited the beautiful city of Lisbon during the week of Christmas in 2022. We stayed at this apartment based on the reviews that we had read and the location. This apartment, its location, and its concierge are all fantastic. Our first night there, we were greeted by Bernardo! He was chill and very helpful with getting us acclimated to our apartment. He even gifted us with a box of goodies, which was very thoughtful. There were small touches of Christmas decor, which was wonderful because I had two small children and we were away from home during our winter break. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with two baths, which was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and all the kitchen utensils. I definitely cooked some meals there at times. I was very grateful for the washer and dryer; it was very convenient to have. One of my favorite things about the apartment was the television in the master suite. Both bathrooms were spacious and very nicely laid out. The location is amazing! As soon as you step out, you are thrust into beautiful Lisbon. There are plenty of eateries and things to do within walking distance. You can even arrange trips with the concierge. With last-minute assistance, Bernardo helped us arrange our trip to Sintra. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Lisbon. I plan to visit again, and I will definitely be staying here.

I stayed there recently. Very well equipped apartment. Nice and clean. Great location too. Very good service even tho there was no front desk. They assign a service manager and you can reach him by WhatsApp for any help. Will stay there again the next time I visit Lisbon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
