        Memorable! Pleasant experience with pleasant view. We got the highest floor and the view was so great. The decoration also pretty good. Bed also was comfy! I just wish that every room got it's own refrigerator. Strategic location! MRT and mall only 2 minutes walking. Hotel also near local food stalls. Can try some of popular local food spot and hawker center within 5 minutes walk.

        Enjoyed our stay here. Hotel rooms in Singapore do not come cheap but you get some decent value for money here. Hotel has a similar service model to a hostel. I.e, rooms cleaned once during stay, self serve laundry facilities, communal areas etc. Rooms are clean but cozy. We unfortunately had an issue with the drainage in our room which created and unpleasant smell. This was not resolved during our stay. Location is pretty good. A large mall across the street offers food and shopping options. Metro line has a stop just next door. Easy to cab in and out of downtown from here. Note this area of Singapore is a Liquor Control Zone meaning alcohol cannot be sold after 7pm on weekends or 10:30pm on weekdays.

        Excellent stay at this hotel - my 2nd trip here already! While the location is not the closest to places like downtown or Chinatown, it's right next to an MRT station and near lots of food, a mall, etc. The lobby was interesting in that it doubled as a coworking space, hang-out, and restaurant as well. The room is on the smaller side but comfortably so. Everything was clean and well equipped, but best of all, the air con was quiet even during operation. I was able to have very good sleep because of this.

        A great place to stay if you're on a budget but don't mind paying a little extra for a place with a view and some character. While mostly a self serve place, there is staff in the lobby who are helpful and can help get you situated. The premises include a 24 hour gym, a laundromat, as well as a 4th floor lounge with a communal kitchen and an open air patio with a view. All were clean, presentable and flourished with hip decor. Conveniently located close to Farrer Park station it's easy to hop on the MRT to get around town or you can walk around beginning in Little India, with plenty of excellent food options nearby. Highly recommended.

        Hilman and all the lobby staff are amazing and will help you with everything, the room was super clean and the location is excellent. Value for money for sure as not overly expensive like most hotels in Singapore. I will always stay at LYF 10/10

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
