        I stayed here for just 4-5 hours because my train arrived at Gambir at 3 am. So, this was just a transit hotel for me. The sidewalk right before the entrance smelled like urine. The lift/tap card didn't work, and the room was very dirty (the sheets had a lot of stains, the pillows seemed to have been used before my arrival, and everything was old). The weird thing is they kept my ID card the entire night (so strange!!). But you know, I believe there is a price for quality, so yeah... I understand. Thank you for the assistance, though.

        I had very afraid experience. I checked into the hotel. I visited the room. When I entered the room, there were countless cockroaches. This room is very impossible… I asked the hotel to change the room, but there were many cockroaches in the room. When I submitted a cancellation request to the hotel, I was told that if I went to Agoda, they would refund my money. I checked out 2 hours ago and have already checked out. There were also other problems. No toilet paper Broken elevator very slow wifi It isn’t amazing experience

        The room was infested with cockroaches. When approaching the desk we informed them of such and they offered us an alternative room. I requested a refund and the reception advised me to request such from Agoda as they couldn't process the refund. It has now been two weeks and the hotel has not been responding to Agoda's communication. The refund has been rejected now. To add insult to injury, when another staff member entered the lobby and saw us, they addressed the reception laughing and asked "cockroaches?". They are clearly aware of the problem and intentionally placed us in an infested room. Avoid this place at all costs.

        First time check in is smooth and fast but staff at front office/ receptionist was not too helpful with lugage. From first sight, i worried little bit considering about this hotel review and what it look like. Kind a old and less maintenace, but remembering its name were one of the best hotel under reliable management. My expectation was not so good to be true, after parking our car there's no help to carry out for suitcase and bag, then only 1 elevators work beacause another one is under maintenace. The atmosphere at receptionist were so cold and too cheerless, not to crowded and quiet. Large parking slot, up to 7 cars or more, many were for bike, security post, spacious room (Executive type), clean, cool, nice city view and ordered, queen size bed, television, refrigerator, phone, many power outlet, free wifi, super cool air conditioner (McQuay) wich is a rare and durabel brand, desk light, hot water, amenities (brush teeth, toothpaste, shampoo, soap), toilet tissue, wardrobe, chair and desk. What less but worth to had but were missing is No slippers, No water heater, No soap placemat, No hand towel, No coffee, tea or sugar, No glass, No hair dryer, small thin and cheaper tissue, two bottle of water (small and unknown brand) ,only one bath towel and had to ask for another one. So deffinietly not recommended for family while traveling with baby or children because can't prepared hot milk for them. The most annoying is, when i use for hot water it smell like sewer but gone time after, i dunno why but might need to check at water reservoir for sure also no batteries for AC remote so need to swap with TV. This place located in strategic area at downtown, surrounded by shopping shop, office, restaurant, local stall, easy access to public transportation, ect. Room they overing on travel apps with photo or advertising were not had same facility because some of it is not there like what i explained before. Last time i found that, this hotel is not under same management as before, now it's running by Djuragan Kamar, wich is one of the provider for hotel services. Some of staff was friendly, all thing works at room, i enjoy my stay with family here beside less of some facility and of course i'll be back next time.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
