Overall a very comfortable place to stay. Just something I need to highlight to management. When I check out the hotel in the morning, I step out to the main entrance and I fall down at the entrance due to the slippery floor. And caused me to fall down from top to bottom from the staircase until my hands get seriously injured. ( bone cracked) hope management can improve your safety to your patron.

We left some items at another place and the staff Faiz was kind enough to go round stalls,marts to look for the lost items and he finally found them.Thanks to Faiz,such a good trusworthy chap.Not everybody is willing to do this.

We stayed at level 3, twin deluxe. The rooms are good,but it needs to do some maintenance here and there, e.g. lighting, sanitary ware and plumbing issues. Service is just ok. No coffee prepared, WiFi changes daily after 12pm, and towels need to bleach. The location is next to the main road, exit and entering is ok.

Booked a room to attend ARR's concert. Cheap room but it exceeded my expectations. The sheets were clean, the room didn't have any weird smell, and the bathroom was clean. Location is good as it is near the highway and east the get to KL city from here. Reception was kind and helpful and there was also even breakfast served. WiFi was fast. Quite pleased overall.

The best budget hotel. Reasonable price. A large selection of rooms. The room is spacious and comfortable. Perfect for couples who want to stay here. Clean and good staff service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
