I absolutely love this hotel. It is elegant, modern, clean, beautiful, well situated, very convenient to get to places from this hotel. Hotel staff are just amazing. The receptionist bent over backwards beyond her call of duty to help me with lots of issues and I am immensely grateful to her for her cheerful, reliable and reassuring assistance. Thank you so much. I love this hotel. The location was great. The view was just spectacular and memorable. The staff was always friendly. The rooms were modern, spacious, practical and uplifting. Would highly recommend to anyone.

M Social made our Anniversary stay an amazing one! Our room was upgraded with harbour view. The hotel from room to lobby is modern and clean. Everything you need, they have it! All staff especially Duty Manager: Larina were extremely friendly and efficient. Their services exceeded our expection! Hotel is located just a walk away from many F&B and shopping areas. Their restaurant: Beast & Butterflies serves tasty food! Lovely waitress served us with great recommendation of food. Overall: My husband and I enjoyed our stay at M Social to the max! Its the best hotel we have stayed throughout our trip in New Zealand. Thank you so much, M Social!

Viking booked this hotel for us, where we stayed for two nights prior to sailing. The location was perfect, everything within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The area is safe, bustling with activities and people. The hotel is great: has a good selection of food for breakfast, personnel at the reception were attentive and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. In one of the mornings, we had a super early tour and couldn’t make it to the dining room for breakfast, but the hotel provided us with a take out breakfast which was delivered by a robot. So cute!!! My only “complaint” is the mattress and the pillow in our room; the mattress was too soft (for my taste), and both mornings I woke up with a sore neck. Other than that, the hotel is great!
