We loved our stay here, we had a generous sized quiet room on the 2nd floor, coffee machine & fridge were welcome inclusions (a lot of reviews stated no fridge). Staff all very friendly & helpful & location is very convenient. We did have difficulty in booking - all calls go to a central reservation facility with less than helpful representatives & it should be noted that the hotels app should be accessed via a laptop for full access however we are so pleased we persevered as the hotel was perfect for our stay.

Overall a good experience. Rooms were good although I would have preferred a s soft bed. Location is great, just around Opera. They should make an effort on the service, though. For every single request, they will say "yes" then ignore you until you call back again and again (even something as basic as "please bring me some water" in the morning will take more than 2 hours and 10 calls).

I absolutely adored this hotel and it will probably be my go to when staying in Paris. Room was nice and large, staff was friendly, and overall ambiance was amazing. Its also a 3 minute walk to the nearest tube. Overall I enjoyed my experience.

Stayed at M Social for five days and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, it’s extremely over priced for the facilities provided, the staff aren’t particularly friendly. They don’t even provide drinking water after the first day. Except for the location there’s nothing really going on for this hotel. The room didn’t have a mini fridge, the last day of our stay the A.C. wasn’t working and if you happen to stay in the corner room, you won’t get any sleep as the house keeping staff are constantly opening and closing their storage room which is right next to the corner room. The noise levels were so loud from 6am onwards it was impossible to sleep.
