        The room and the bathroom, though a bit small, is nice and well maintained and the highlight of this hotel is it's location. The breakfast was included in the room rent and it was a fixed menu and limited and included non-veg food which we could not consume .

        Only the location is good. Hotel itself, not 4 star, maximum 3 in terms of room and service. The room is very small, all sound came to the room, since wall lokks like make from paper. It was a smoked smell in the room. Breakfast is OK.

        Location is inside the old city 20 25mins walk from nizami. Rooms were very really small so were the beds. Breakfast was good enough. Nice view of flame towers while.having breakfast Wifi was weak and slow.

        Clothes went missing! The reception staff was very helpful. The room had technocal issues like weak aircon and scaled dhowerhead, which made hair washing almost an impossible activity. The worst of all was when we realised some clothes were left behind after we left. We contacted the hotel the same day but twice were told nothing was found. The items were new and more expensive than average travelling clothes, but losing them meant less comfort travelling further as Baku was the first stop. The hotel gave an overview of their room checks showing they don't trust their staff themselves.

        definition of meh… staff was sometimes rude sometimes duper friendly. Water would stop working sometimes and randomly come back on. the breakfast was nit bad but if you have a room on the third floor you cannot trust the wifi connection, it will come and go as it pleases. the rooms are really beautiful though! Big beds, but really thin walls! I was woken up by other peoples alarms more than once. so yeah… meh
